Police captured Wu Chen, 45, across state lines in Miami Ocean side, Florida not long before 4 p.m. Tuesday after his vehicle was hailed by a vehicle label peruser, the Oklahoma State Department of Examination declared.

Chen is blamed for shooting dead three men and one lady, every Chinese public, during a prisoner circumstance on a 10-section of land maryjane ranch on North 2760 Street west of Hennessey, around 55 miles northwest of Oklahoma City.
A fifth individual, likewise a Chinese public, was harmed and transported to an emergency clinic, police said.
