Police captured Wu Chen, 45, across state lines in Miami Ocean side, Florida not long before 4 p.m. Tuesday after his vehicle was hailed by a vehicle label peruser, the Oklahoma State Department of Examination declared.

Chen is blamed for shooting dead three men and one lady, every Chinese public, during a prisoner circumstance on a 10-section of land maryjane ranch on North 2760 Street west of Hennessey, around 55 miles northwest of Oklahoma City.
A fifth individual, likewise a Chinese public, was harmed and transported to an emergency clinic, police said.

Chen was captured without occurrence and shipped to the Miami-Dade Area Confinement Center, where he is holding up removal to Oklahoma. Once moved, he will be accused of homicide and shooting with purpose to kill, the Oklahoma State Agency of Examination said.
