A female casualty saw the cellphone under the slow down on Christmas Eve at around 4:30 p.m. at Hulen Shopping center in Post Worth.

The lady stood up to the suspect, depicted as “a male that was dressed to seem to be a female,” who endeavored to escape the shopping center.

Someone else saw the showdown and endeavored to mediate, yet the suspect supposedly ventured into his rucksack and took out what had all the earmarks of being a handgun then pointed it at the male observer.

The suspect then left the shopping center and a handgun should have been visible in his midriff band as he changed garments, as per police.

Officials showed up and captured the man. It was resolved that the weapon was a pepper ball firearm.

Egan is being held at the Tarrant Region Revisions Center on a consolidated $30,000 bond. Prison records didn’t list a lawyer who could talk for his sake.
