Rayne Rice Silva, 27, was in a vehicle being driven by her significant other on Highway 10 on Saturday when she was shot in a hit and run assault by an obscure attacker, police expressed, as per the San Antonio Express-News. She was moved to the emergency clinic in basic condition and died Monday, Fox San Antonio reports.
