Zachary Factories, 21, purportedly got the casualty on Christmas Eve and drove her to his condo in Spring after the two traded messages on Blunder, as per court records got by KHOU.

The lady let agents know that Factories became incensed after she would not engage in sexual relations with him. She said that he tore into her, punched her and beat her over and over with a screwdriver handle.

From that point onward, Plants denied the casualty food and water and purportedly attacked and physically attacked her “on different occasions prompting serious substantial injury,” police said in a public statement.

“The casualty for this situation had serious wounds to her face, orbital attachments, lower furthest points; fortunately, we had the option to get her to the clinic rapidly,” Harris District Constable Region 4 Capt. Jonathan Zitzmann told KHOU.

She was at last ready to get away from the condo on Dec. 29 after Plants left for his dad’s home. She got help from a decent Samaritan neighbor and was taken to a nearby emergency clinic for treatment for her wounds, police said.

The next day, police executed a court order at the condo and captured Factories at a corner store across the road, as indicated by court records. He was accused of first-degree disturbed capturing. Constable Mark Herman said extra charges might be documented sometime in the future as specialists keep on exploring.

Plants posted a $50,000 bond and is detained at home until his next court appearance on Friday.
